This review screen popped up after I entered my payment information for a book. I have no clue if I have just been had or not, yet I am being asked how I think the process went. Pretty poor work flow so I would blame the program manager as far as not QA'ing simple process flow. I still do not see a link to download the desired document. Rec'd multiple email that it was purchased.
