Awful. Made a purchase that won’t work, tried to speak to someone bc seller has bad rating, doesn’t respond, bad quality product. I didn’t see this prior to purchasing. Was told by representative to reach out to seller first and then so many days whatever I can file claim then more time and more time and more time. Ridiculous
