I received a damaged item and it was ordered as a gift. I have no idea how to return it. I ordered another. It was packed in plastic with a paper envelope. I have ordered another one. The previous order also took 4 weeks to get here and it was late gir my granddaughter’s Christmas gift. She is 6. Now, I’m having to reorder another and spend more money. I’m a very patient person but this is poor service. Disappointed can’t I hope this one is a new in broken item!! Thank you. Sandy Z
