This is the second time that I've placed this order because the first time it didn't arrive when I talked to customer service about it they told me to ask my neighbors and did not do anything to help my situation I am purchasing it again and can only hope that it will arrive this time and if not maybe your company will do more for me than just tell me to ask a neighbor I am disappointed
