3) The call back l was made at 10PM coming from Florida (EST)to a NYC (EST) location 4)The platform operator but the simplest question. It wknew too little to answer legitamate questions and so was trained to advise the customer to e-mail the manufacturer with quesitons. Notew: There is NO customer service phone number made available and responses could take up to 48 hours. 5) How often does a chat (computer understand a specific questions? Rarely if ever. 6) The above not withstanding I had placed an order and will write a further review should there prove to be an untenable problem.
