Unless you want to look like a horse wearing dentures do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. The “veneers” are hideous like giant squares my mouth couldn’t even properly close - it’s been nearly two years trying to get a refund - they waste your time just long enough sending you more material for more fittings etc etc and then before you know it 90 days has passed you are still messaging and trying to find out what is happening but your bank will no longer refund you and instasmile want more money to send more materials. Again. And again. And you will look insane in these things - unless your teeth have a severe inward facing problem and are as thin as paper these things are like giant chompers. I have a very slight overbite and I could not get my lips to close. I have been left out of pocket £600 or more with no way of getting a refund because instasmile DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Even after one of their express kits burned my gums. Yes they do express kits which you don’t find out about until they have gone through all the other options and it’s a hundred times easier to use than the regular kit - they want to reject your impressions so you have to pay for more kits. I could be here all day listing everything terrible that has happened to me with this company so I hope this helps someone make the choice to never ever use this company.
