After carefully perusing an online article that had a list of the best clip on veneers, I came across Instasmile. I am very disappointed with this service. I had saved all the money I could over a few months to partly pay for these. I purchased them using Partially, a financing company tied these veneer scammers. I say scammers because that’s how I feel. Stupidly scammed out of most of my money with nothing to show for it but my humiliation. How did they get me? They didn’t fully disclose information which led me to not be able to get a refund. Plus they have really stupid fees for restocking and cancellation on top of that. I was so excited. I couldn’t have been happier to receive the box in the mail. After opening the kit they gave I read the instructions that explained I needed to take photos of my teeth and they would be able approve me to use the kit, unless my ‘smile’ wasn’t compatible. This is where everything got much worse. So they ask for photos of my teeth,and I sent them before I used the testing kit, but it’s a cold thing to do, listing this as a prerequisite after you open the kit. Not only was it not mentioned on the site in the section I read. The site did mention I’d have to take photos of the impressions for approval, not of my teeth though. So I sent in the photos of my teeth and the company denied me. It sucked but I figured it would be a simple return process. I sent an email which stated I wanted to cancel. They responded and asked me to send photos of my teeth. Why would they do this again? It’s obvious that they didn’t even know or have it marked or listed that I had already been denied. This shows sloppy communication and a lack of care. The same email went on to say that I would lose $50 of the $275 I sent them. A $25 restocking fee and a $25 cancellation fee that goes to Partially. Then I noticed that it also said that the box can’t be opened or I would owe an additional $149 fee. I started crying. Then I got mad. I was livid. That leaves me $75 out of the $275 I sent. NO new smile. NO real refund. Nothing but a $75 return on this failed attempt to make myself feel presentable again. I will have to work for months just to save up enough to find a better company to go with. I will never be able to say anything nice about this company. Obviously, Instasmile doesn’t care at all. I was excited to be seen as a normal person again, but instead I get to have less money and no help and still suffer the pain from my past which led me here, every time I look in the mirror. I’ll walk away with fifty dollars, if they ever even send it. If you magically knew to take the photos of your mouth first without opening the box, you still would have to pay probably $25 for FedEx or whatever, because Trusmile even states that it’s best to use a place that tracks your package. (I’m sure many packages sent back are never seen again.)and I walk with like seventy five dollars less than before. I saved up to do this. Looks like I’ll be saving again. So I feel prideless. Used. And more unhappy than when I foolishly chose this company out of the eight I was looking at. Thank you Instasmile—-for absolutely Nothing. P.S. another couple things I noticed about this horrible company. After you receive your impression kit you have three days to cancel before you owe the entire amount. This is coupled with the policy that they can take up to three days to answer any request or ticket, so you do the math of how uncommon a full refund actually happens or how easily people end up paying full price with nothing in return. The kit has to be returned after cancellation unopened within 21 days or you get slapped with $149 fee. I was about to post a review on the actual website of no stars but their official site is tricky. If you click only one star, a pop up comes up and asks what’s wrong. It bumps you to the fake ai assistance chat. So why all the high marks? Because if you do not immediately give them a 4-5 star review, it bumps you off to the first page and sends you to customer service. If you were wondering how they got so many good reviews. Look closer and read them carefully. There’s a lot of people who were not happy who posted on the official website with four or five stars to be heard. It sucks that any company would resort to this trickery, and that’s not the worst part. What an awful game they play with us. Need I say more? Go anywhere else.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL FIND ANY AND ALL REASONS NOT TO CANCEL, REFUND, OR HAVE PROPER BUSINESS ETIQUETTE! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. AS I WISH I HAD!

Be aware of this company first of all this is not professional dentistry. These veneers are made off of 3D printer. I paid for my veneers in the beginning of October of 2023 we went round and around they kept sending veneers that didn't fit it was a horrible experience the customer service never answers you and when they do they only attend to things in the mornings. I believe they have an office or at least people who handle their customer service in Eastern Europe seems to be the time zone they're on. Because literally they will not answer you anywhere past 10:00 a.m.. I did not get a pair of veneers that fit me until January. I've been using them they fit pretty well they do the job but the inner tooth connections one of them broke so I emailed them to ask them what do I do for the guarantee and they told me that my guarantee was used up. HOW WHAT WHEN AND WHY? THE FIRST FOUR VENEERS THAT THEY SENT ME NONE OF THEM FIT AND I SENT THEM BACK TO THEM. I LITERALLY PAID THE FEE THAT THEY ASKED FOR IN OCTOBER AND DID NOT GET ANYTHING THAT FIT ME TILL JANUARY.. AND THEY ONLY LASTED A MONTH AND A HALF. CHEAP PLASTICS OFF A 3D PRINTER THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I THINK THEY ARE

I purchased instasmile veneers with high hopes of fixing my smile. Instead I was rejected after sending impression photos and told they're keeping $150 for "administration fees." !? So same smile and $150 poorer! Not even a phone call to explain why. Beware of scammers...

3tries they still don’t fit and they want to offer mr a 50% refund saying it’s my fault re the impressions fighting this at the moment

This will be my 3rd set (several years in between). I've always loved instasmile but this time they changed the impression process. Now you boil the mouthpiece thing wait 3 minutes and put it in. I have sensitive teeth and I guess a cavity on one side and let me tell you all my teeth on that side hurt now lol. The heat and the fact that the putty has to go in between each tooth, I didn't realize it would make my teeth so much. Just a warning to those considering.

This company is such a horrible one. and all these5 stars are just the company posting them right after a real one is posted on how horrible of a company and product they are. its sad they make up reviews to make them look good when they are just a scam . i ordered them top and bottom the bottom looked like i was a Parana . the was slanted out words . the top all the teeth was different sizes . the spot i had a missing tooth was half the size of the rest its bad yall. and took for ever as well then made me take impressions over and over and over . i should have new better . ugh beware people . also they called me from the uk and charged my phone bill up . i dont understand how scam company's are allowed to advertise every were .

God awful service had to wait 3 months before I cancelled since every attempt at the impressions failed when following directions perfectly. Then I lost out on almost 200 wanting to cancel the order! Avoid!!!

PAINFUL HORSE TEETH - 700 $ - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! 
Extremely big and Uneven I asked for straight 
A Promise in advertising hugely 
Total mis-buy / fake / scam 
Bad fit crucially painful 
Communication disaster 
Don’t do what they say in email either 
Don’t do anything keep dragging on 
Sent hundreds of emails 
Now they say they will finally send less then half of what I paid back 
And keep changing date of when I will receive 
Probably won’t send at all either 

! My own teeth are not to bad, they could have EASILY done better if they knew anything about it !!! With this clip in I look like a complete f'd up sucker. ITS SERIOUS BULLYING !!!! Bad reviews won't show up on Youtube where they mass advertise and have a lot of fake reviews. The vid you upload will never show up the ones you found of others are missing !! I honestly don't know where to start. Please, avoid this firm if you can. I ordered an upper and lower classic clip-on veneer in June. First off – these clip-ons do not resemble natural teeth or, professional dental treatments such as veneers or implants. They are HUGE! I mean, Katie Price enormous. I have added a photo to give you a good laugh! Secondly, due to their enormity you cannot close your mouth to chew - your bite is forced to stay open. Instasmiles website says you can eat in them but you can't (unless you suck your food like a baby). Thirdly, the fit is extremely tight and the veneers are painful to clip in and to wear. I wrote an email to Instamile and provided more than 20 images and videos. They remade the lower veneer which made no difference at all. After 6 weeks of chasing, they closed my case and advised me that the discomfort was normal (even after 8 weeks) and that their team deemed my veneers to be a “good fit”. Given that Instasmile don't employ any actual dental professionals in the business (the veneers are made in a 3D printer) I don’t believe they are qualified to advise on fit, or, manufacture oral appliances that claim to be an “alternative” to professional dental treatments. Fortunately, my family dentist of 10 years agreed to write a professional opinion on the products so that I could claim my money back from my credit card company. His report stated that the veneers were a poor fit, and they would likely damage my natural teeth. I have attached the body of the letter to this review. Given that Instasmiles products are supposedly “recommended” by leading dentists around the world, my dentist was not impressed! Instasmile were not interested in seeing my dentists report, as expected. Thankfully, American Express were happy to receive the report, along with other evidence, and have refunded me my money.

Initial impressions with Instasmile were good. They were helpful and on hand to assist in getting the impressions right. The top impression took four attempts. After almost two months waiting due to a problem with DPD, I finally received my veneers. And to say I was disappointed is a massive understatement… the look awful, they clearly look fake and they have made my situation far worse, to the point where I won’t wear them due to fear of looking stupid. I went for the Classic in shade A2 and I wish I’d never bothered. They were expensive, for what is ultimately a cheap plastic product that you could have pulled from a Christmas cracker. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS UTTER GARBAGE!!!!

During our initial correspondence, I explicitly took pictures of the gaps in my teeth. At that time, you assured me that I was a suitable candidate for the veneers. Seven days later, I was told that they would be slightly bigger to address the gaps. I asked them why wasn’t I told this before? I would’ve never purchased it. The person in customer service sent pictures of what it would look like slightly bigger and said I could only get half my money back as a refund , if I decided not to move forward. I decided to continue the process. Upon receiving the veneers, I was surprised to discover that one side of the veneers was slanted. This discrepancy was not conveyed to me beforehand, leading me to believe that the veneers would be proportionate and suitable for my needs. As a professional in the field, I expect Instasmile to have accurately assessed the situation and provided me with transparent information from the outset. I trusted the companies expertise and went ahead with the purchase based on the belief that these veneers would be a suitable solution for my dental concerns. Regrettably, the veneers I received do not fit properly, and it is evident that they are not suitable for use. Considering the circumstances, I kindly requested a full refund for the unsatisfactory veneers or that the veneers be redone to align with the original expectations we discussed. I believe this would be a fair resolution to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. I was told veneer did fit my teeth so that mean they met requirement and case was closed. PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!READ ALL THE PURE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE WEB FIRST Once you pay,you have lost your money for NOTHING!! Not better than the 9.99 Amazon ones.And I got the expensive ones They will ask you to try for the impressions so many times ,until you'll give up and NEVER get your money back. They were keep asking me for more and more impression samples.I was feeling stupid..Then I said that I am sending the last one and ask for a refund.They accepted It! But this time I did not even follow their detailed,"must do" instructions!!! I boiled the impressions for 3 min and then waited for 1min.And they have accepted It!!!!!!! Why? If you read the small letters,then you will understand why they keep asking you for more and more samples!! A SCAM !!! From the time you will pay them,be sure that 3 things will happen 1)You have lost your money 2)You will be surprised with their product when you will receive it and find out that it is the same like the ones in Amazon.!!3)You will feel SCAMMED and like an idiot!! The reviews rated above 1*,are from their people...Read the REAL ONES.. Worse buy EVER!!! I suggest all disappointed customers to join together and take legal actions against this company.. THEY GET 5* ONLY IN THEIR SITE !!! NOWHERE ELSE !!!🤣

Do not use this company!! Do not use this company!!! Spent over £400 after trusting the marketing and have had to send photos of the impressions numerous times after being told different information from their customer service. No one seems to cares and it’s quite obvious that they just want your money. Have tried to get in touch with customer service but am on hold for over 20 minutes and no one calls you back. Have been told that I’ll have to pay over £100 to get a refund even though I haven’t been given the correct information on how to use the impressions and keep getting told the impressions are wrong! What is anyone supposed to do?! Will keep trying to get a refund but they obviously are just tying to rinse people out of their hard earned cash. DO NOT USE!!!

Unless you want to look like a horse wearing dentures do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. The “veneers” are hideous like giant squares my mouth couldn’t even properly close - it’s been nearly two years trying to get a refund - they waste your time just long enough sending you more material for more fittings etc etc and then before you know it 90 days has passed you are still messaging and trying to find out what is happening but your bank will no longer refund you and instasmile want more money to send more materials. Again. And again. And you will look insane in these things - unless your teeth have a severe inward facing problem and are as thin as paper these things are like giant chompers. I have a very slight overbite and I could not get my lips to close. I have been left out of pocket £600 or more with no way of getting a refund because instasmile DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Even after one of their express kits burned my gums. Yes they do express kits which you don’t find out about until they have gone through all the other options and it’s a hundred times easier to use than the regular kit - they want to reject your impressions so you have to pay for more kits. I could be here all day listing everything terrible that has happened to me with this company so I hope this helps someone make the choice to never ever use this company. All the paid reviews on here make me sick. Read the Google reviews.

I have always had slightly wonky teeth which, coupled with staining caused by a long course of antibiotics in my teens has meant I am very self conscious and I always avoid showing my teeth. The Instasmile process was very straightforward. The instructions for creating the impressions were clear and easy to follow and all contact with the team received a prompt and clear response. I received my veneers today and I am really pleased with them. They have totally fulfilled their purpose to create whiter and straighter teeth.

As a first time buyer of such a product I was unsure of what to expect. However the customer service team were wonderful. Turnaround times were as promised and the product was second to none. I am now ordering my second set
