“The communication and promtness of the staff was excellent. I had an event that i needed my new smile by and the end production date was the day i needed them. Staff helped push the production earlier and i had them posted the day i required them. The teeth look absolutely stunning. I have received soo many comments. They have boosted my confidence in smiling a lot more...BUT...unfortunately, i have had a few other issues. While they are in, my speach is like i have a lisp and i always feel thirsty because they do feel fake like novelty teeth you buy for halloween. I can drink with them in but i cannot eat with them in. Maybe its just me. I have been wearing them now for a week and half on and off and i still get the same results. So...as long as i don't talk or eat and only smile, they are perfectly fine”

“Takes longer than I thought to actually receive them. They look nice when I’m wearing them although I do feel like I’m wearing some kind of shields in my mouth. The bottom row have now been sent back, due to not correctly fitting and very uncomfortable whilst wearing them having rough edges and not fitting the teeth correctly against the gum line. Also I ordered the A1 classics color after watching videos, but they don’t seem as white as what’s in the videos ? Although I didn’t want the whitest ones which I think are B1 ?”

“It took me about 8 goes to do the imprint correctly which was a hassle, the last impression they accepted in my opinion looked a little worse than previous attempts but was happy they finally accepted it. The veneers arrived quite quickly, I think. I looked at them & thought, they were quite small, so I tried them on thinking that maybe they wouldn't fit but they did & looked very impressive, I can now teeth smile for pics for probably the first time in my life. I did find them a tad difficult to get off, which I suppose is ok as you don't want them moving in your mouth, do you? Ultimately, I would recommend this company.”

“It took two trys but the second was the secret! I learned that in my case I needed the thinner version to make my smile look natural. I also had issues with the first molding. The thicker one wouldn't fit over my existing teeth. The customer service stuck with me until I finally received my product. THANKS for doing your best! The new impression worked beautifully. I am VERY happy with my smile.”

“I was actually very impressed with receiving my product. The whole process took about 3 weeks! I got the kit within a week of ordering and once they got my impressions had it sent out within a week of that. So I was very happy I got my product quickly. I absolutely love them! I did have to file down a few spot because it pushed my top lip out to far, but once I got it filed down enough I love it! It has transformed my look completely, I have extremely bad teeth, to the point where they should probably be removed but when I put my veeners in I feel like a different person and I'm not afraid to talk to people now and I can smile confidently! I would certainly recommend this product. And no I was not paid to say any of this. I bought mine out of my own pocket.”

“Inttasmile did a great job for me. I had no doubt I would get a perfect impression my first attempt. I try hard to do things right. Easy to do. It took about 4 weeks start to finish. The day I received the kit is the day I submitted photos for approval. Mailed out the next day. So a majority of the time is having them manufactured after you've sent them in. I got the whitest natural color. It's definitely not white but off white. That was my only disappointment. I received the veneers and they fit absolutely perfectly. Except my natural teeth were exactly the same color! I guess I should have got Hollywood White. I didn't realize that the whitening kits that I have been using were very effective and much cheaper.”

“My veneers are great. The only problem I have is I cant eat with them in but I think it's from having an overbite. They look real and no one knows they're there. Even kissing a woman they've went unnoticed.”

“My smile came and was nice fit all but a little shsrp on one side might have been that the mould putty moved just before it set... I only wear it for occasions so is not a big deal... Otherwise is perfect... Defo go for it if yiu want a bright smile and perfect teeth ??”

“Really nice people. Tried on 5 occasions to do my own impressions but because of crowns they didn't work. Visired Leigh branch (drove from Edinnurgh) and all good, well looked after. Even took impression for me of bottom teeth so to negate the need for me to travel again. I haven,'t ordered bottom set yet but plan to do so.”

“Long time coming, many excuses then finally a great result. After discovering this remarkable, revolutionary company online and having had a personal stigma when it comes to my teeth i ordered and was happy with my original product a1 classic, since then i purchased another 2 sets of upper and lower in a1 and bl1of the platinums, i have had to chase up my order on many occasions (over 7 months), and being passed off, 'they are being processed, please give 4 weeks' which i was told every 4 weeks for 7 months. It really dissapointed and left me deflated. But since finding out they no longer outsource their customer service which is great news and reassuring and as since Cheryl handled my complaint it was sorted out within a matter of days. Thank you for turning it round Cheryl. You have rebuilt my faith in instasmile again, after the shoddy treatment i had before you were a asset to instasmile and to customer service in general. Thank you very much xx”

“I think Instasmile is great! I also love the subtle changes in design to help with the lisp. However I do think that the veneers are very large compared to normal teeth and I always have to take them out to eat. But I am very happy with the service I have been provided thus far!”
