Long time coming, many excuses then finally a great result. After discovering this remarkable, revolutionary company online and having had a personal stigma when it comes to my teeth i ordered and was happy with my original product a1 classic, since then i purchased another 2 sets of upper and lower in a1 and bl1of the platinums, i have had to chase up my order on many occasions (over 7 months), and being passed off, 'they are being processed, please give 4 weeks' which i was told every 4 weeks for 7 months. It really dissapointed and left me deflated. But since finding out they no longer outsource their customer service which is great news and reassuring and as since Cheryl handled my complaint it was sorted out within a matter of days. Thank you for turning it round Cheryl. You have rebuilt my faith in instasmile again, after the shoddy treatment i had before you were a asset to instasmile and to customer service in general.
