I honestly don't know where to start. Please, avoid this firm if you can. I ordered an upper and lower classic clip-on veneer in June. First off – these clip-ons do not resemble natural teeth or, professional dental treatments such as veneers or implants. They are HUGE! I mean, Katie Price enormous. I have added a photo to give you a good laugh! Secondly, due to their enormity you cannot close your mouth to chew - your bite is forced to stay open. Instasmiles website says you can eat in them but you can't (unless you suck your food like a baby). Thirdly, the fit is extremely tight and the veneers are painful to clip in and to wear. I wrote an email to Instamile and provided more than 20 images and videos. They remade the lower veneer which made no difference at all. After 6 weeks of chasing, they closed my case and advised me that the discomfort was normal (even after 8 weeks) and that their team deemed my veneers to be a “good fit”. Given that Instasmile don't employ any actual dental professionals in the business (the veneers are made in a 3D printer) I don’t believe they are qualified to advise on fit, or, manufacture oral appliances that claim to be an “alternative” to professional dental treatments. Fortunately, my family dentist of 10 years agreed to write a professional opinion on the products so that I could claim my money back from my credit card company. His report stated that the veneers were a poor fit, and they would likely damage my natural teeth. I have attached the body of the letter to this review. Given that Instasmiles products are supposedly “recommended” by leading dentists around the world, my dentist was not impressed! Instasmile were not interested in seeing my dentists report, as expected. Thankfully, American Express were happy to receive the report, along with other evidence, and have refunded me my money.

I’d suggest against using this company, my impressions didn’t pass and never received the next steps just that they had failed no kit sent out to try again but carried on taking payments for something I did not receive. I emailed asking for a refund and that I’ve taken it up with my bank as goods have not been received. Refund was granted for the 22nd. I got an email today saying because I have opened a case with my bank they will no longer refund and can not help me further, I will update, trading union has been contacted for fraudulent company and theft

Paid the amount due in full for top and bottom set... Took original and secondary impressions due to first ones not being good enough. This, due to dental issues, was an extremely painful process which I explain to them... I sent pictures per their request and was told their technicians found no reason why I shouldn’t be able to do more impressions. 12 months later I am still denied a refund and was actually encouraged to re-purchase at a discounted rate... wow. So I am officially out $500 and have no product and no refund. Be careful.

Anyone thinking about buying this listen to what I have to say very carefully, I have some small tooth decay on two of my front teeth, I have no teeth missing and I’ve seen 100 times worse teeth on insta smile before and after photos, I bought the kit and after being told it was rejected because of drag which was basically a lie because the person on the video call said I did my impressions good and they should be accepted. I purchased more putty on 2 occasions for £50 because the free putty I was entitled too after doing a video call needed to be processed and they would take forever to respond. Then I got tired of paying and asked for my free putty and just waited to which they told me I would have to send pictures of my teeth for suitability (funny how they only asking for pictures after I’d paid for the kit and 2 sets of putty) after months of back and forth they told me I’m not suitable because of my tooth decay which is a joke because the photos of people purchasing INSTAsmile have way worse teeth and I would only be getting a partial refund. DO NOT BUY FROM INSTASMILE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME NOTHING BUT A SCAM

PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!READ ALL THE PURE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE WEB FIRST Once you pay,you have lost your money for NOTHING!! Not better than the 9.99 Amazon ones.And I got the expensive ones They will ask you to try for the impressions so many times ,until you'll give up and NEVER get your money back. They were keep asking me for more and more impression samples.I was feeling stupid..Then I said that I am sending the last one and ask for a refund.They accepted It! But this time I did not even follow their detailed,"must do" instructions!!! I boiled the impressions for 3 min and then waited for 1min.And they have accepted It!!!!!!! Why? If you read the small letters,then you will understand why they keep asking you for more and more samples!! A SCAM !!! From the time you will pay them,be sure that 3 things will happen 1)You have lost your money 2)You will be surprised with their product when you will receive it and find out that it is the same like the ones in Amazon.!!3)You will feel SCAMMED and like an idiot!! The reviews rated above 1*,are from their people...Read the REAL ONES.. Worse buy EVER!!! I suggest all disappointed customers to join together and take legal actions against this company.. THEY GET 5* ONLY IN THEIR SITE !!! NOWHERE ELSE !!!🤣

Worst company ever. No mould will pass. Then when you ask them to refund your 500$ they can only send you 300 because of the impression kit cost apparently. And I’m STILL waiting on my refund. Won’t read your emails but will spam you and can’t help you unless your able to call. So if 8am-3pm is your work schedule good luck. This is the WORST PLACE EVER

There is nothing real or natural looking about them and they hurt my mouth. I don't recommend wasting 800 bucks on them. Horrible.

I ordered them, told me no problem, sent me the kit, as this point, very impressed, customer service at this point, no problem, did the moulding, sent in the photos, then to tell me they couldn't do them, but oh were charging you £75 admin fee, what the hell, not I get you may want a small fee, even £20, but £75 for something you have now decided can not produce, for nothing, read the small print they told me, the customer service went down hill from this point, not interested at all, and since I have not even had a phone call or email, nothing regarding the matter, and refund, just oh £75 admin fee, or if they have now cancelled my card, nothing, so to me, I would double check before you pay any money up front, ask if you can send photos first, of your teeth, that they can do it. What annoyed me, they show videos, of people with as little as a couple of teeth, a I still have teeth, with a few missing, yeah there very small set of teeth, so to me, I after wonder if the videos on you tuber are not faked, because they make money for doing nothing

says im unsuitable for their product. and i could receive a partial refund? Partial??? I've been saving for these for over a year on hope they would change my life!!!!!! I have seen people using your product with worse teeth than mine. one with all four front teeth missing. I meet the criteria for their smile suitable diagram on their website. FALSE ADVERTISING!! I'M EXTREMELY UPSET. this is honestly BS! I cannot believe this. and your only going to give me a partial refund? no that's completely unacceptable. thieves. this is so ridiculous. maybe you should ask customers to send you a picture of their natural teeth before sending them impression kits. so that people don't lose time and money. oh wait that doesn't benefit you guys does it? crooked as hell.

I placed an order with them on 2/19/2020. Less than 8 hours later I emailed to cancel the order having buyers remorse. This was the companies preferred method of cancellation according to their website. I did not receive an email response back so I decided to place a call to the company to follow up later that day. After waiting on hold for an hour, the representative I spoke with said that he couldn't stop the order as it had been processed and that I should wait for it to arrive and send it back. I asked him why the order was sent since I cancelled the order earlier in the day and his response was he did not know. I received the package a few days later and signed for it. I then called my credit card company and asked how to handle it. I was advised to just send it back and contact the company to request a refund. After contacting the company again, I was told that I will be charged a $150 admin fee for refusing the package. I explained that had they responded to the original email I sent at 6:34am the following day this all could have been avoided. They responded by saying that they get too many emails and often don't check them for 24-48 hours. I am so frustrated about this I just don't know what to do! I guess the lesson here is never to do business with merchants out of the country. I completely feel as if they cheated me...

God awful service had to wait 3 months before I cancelled since every attempt at the impressions failed when following directions perfectly. Then I lost out on almost 200 wanting to cancel the order! Avoid!!!

Unless you want to look like a horse wearing dentures do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. The “veneers” are hideous like giant squares my mouth couldn’t even properly close - it’s been nearly two years trying to get a refund - they waste your time just long enough sending you more material for more fittings etc etc and then before you know it 90 days has passed you are still messaging and trying to find out what is happening but your bank will no longer refund you and instasmile want more money to send more materials. Again. And again. And you will look insane in these things - unless your teeth have a severe inward facing problem and are as thin as paper these things are like giant chompers. I have a very slight overbite and I could not get my lips to close. I have been left out of pocket £600 or more with no way of getting a refund because instasmile DO NOT DO REFUNDS. Even after one of their express kits burned my gums. Yes they do express kits which you don’t find out about until they have gone through all the other options and it’s a hundred times easier to use than the regular kit - they want to reject your impressions so you have to pay for more kits. I could be here all day listing everything terrible that has happened to me with this company so I hope this helps someone make the choice to never ever use this company. All the paid reviews on here make me sick. Read the Google reviews.

If they cant proceed with making you veneers they keep 150.00 of your money for using the molds. Instead of saying send us pictures of your teeth/gums first because if you use the molds we will not refund you the cost of using the molds. Shady sneaky tactics. They say it's in the policy agreement when you check the small box at checkout. When molds arrive the instruction first say to make molds and last step is to take pictures of molds then your mouth teeth and gums. It should be step 1... send pictures of your mouth before using molds. Once approved then move on to making molds.

Wish i could leave zero stars. Its a scam. Shocking company with shocking customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Change there terms and conditions as much as i change my undies. If you purchase and pay some deposit upfront and they dont work or you cant get impressions to work you wont get a penny back in refund. Just dont waste time with these scam artists

Scam alert, they’ll take your money and tell you your not suitable after you send your photos. What that means is they are a site that sells 120 dollars impression kits. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order!

Paid Instasmile $480. They said my dental impressions were not usable because of shrinkage with the putty. I was told I had to pay $50 for more putty or $150 to quit treatment! I've tried MULTIPLE times to purchase additional putty but Instasmile doesn't accept calls from customers. Customers must schedule a "call back" appointment. I have scheduled MULTIPLE appointments, but they never call at the scheduled time. They have nearly 300 Better Business Bureau Complaints and thousands of complaints elsewhere. I wish I would have researched better. They are a COMPLETE SCAM!
