“I'm estatic with my Instasmile snap on veneers. They look so natural and at last I can smile for photographs without trying to disguise my horrible 'pirate smile' gappy teeth.
It took me six attempts with the impression moulds to get a perfect impression of my natural teeth and gums and, although frustrating, it was worth the effort as the technicians at Instasmile are being maticulous about impressions for good reason; they want to make perfect looking and fitting veneers. So don't be put off if Instasmile reject the photos of the impressions that you submit; keep persevering and the results will be astounding!
I can eat and drink with them fitted but soft foods only, not crunchy apples, nuts or chewy meat; and drinks shouldn't be too hot either.
You can wear them daily but I choose to save them for special occasions so that they will last longer, as their normal lifespan is supposedly 3-5 years. My top and bottom set cost ÂŁ300 so if I can get 5 years wear out of them that's ÂŁ60 a year or just over ÂŁ1 per week. An absolute bargain!”

“If they cant proceed with making you veneers they keep 150.00 of your money for using the molds. Instead of saying send us pictures of your teeth/gums first because if you use the molds we will not refund you the cost of using the molds. Shady sneaky tactics. They say it's in the policy agreement when you check the small box at checkout. When molds arrive the instruction first say to make molds and last step is to take pictures of molds then your mouth teeth and gums. It should be step 1... send pictures of your mouth before using molds. Once approved then move on to making molds.”
“Iâd suggest against using this company, my impressions didnât pass and never received the next steps just that they had failed no kit sent out to try again but carried on taking payments for something I did not receive. I emailed asking for a refund and that Iâve taken it up with my bank as goods have not been received. Refund was granted for the 22nd. I got an email today saying because I have opened a case with my bank they will no longer refund and can not help me further, I will update, trading union has been contacted for fraudulent company and theft”
“Worst company ever. No mould will pass. Then when you ask them to refund your 500$ they can only send you 300 because of the impression kit cost apparently. And Iâm STILL waiting on my refund. Wonât read your emails but will spam you and canât help you unless your able to call. So if 8am-3pm is your work schedule good luck. This is the WORST PLACE EVER”

RED FLAGS...
1.)look at url, au.instasmile.com , legit Australian site would be instasmile.com.au or even instasmile.com not try and give the impression they are in Aus,
2.) phone number , +61 is Australia but there is too many digits for it to be Aus number, Even an illiterate Aussie kid wouldn't write "Call Freephone Mon-Fri"
3.)Their office hours mon-fri 10pm-6:30am ADT ??? in Australian Eastern Standard Time that is 11am- 7:30pm
4.)you can pay off a minimum $550 for $295 upfront then 12 monthly repayments that add up to $225 .... so if u pay in one go its $550 or pay it off over 12 months its $520 even though the minimum is $550
5.) Their address is a Post office box, how many impression kits can fit in that, or they don't plan on doing much business

“Cannot fault the customer service, took quite a few impressions until it was finally accepted and staff were always calling ready to help, sent free impressions straight away when the first lot were decline.
The actual veneers werenât as good as I expected and not sure theyâre worth the money they charge, alot more bulky and was hoping theyâd be more like my natural teeth which are alot smaller also a bit small on one side and have quite a lisp which I am hoping will go as I get used to them.”
“Wish i could leave zero stars. Its a scam. Shocking company with shocking customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Change there terms and conditions as much as i change my undies. If you purchase and pay some deposit upfront and they dont work or you cant get impressions to work you wont get a penny back in refund. Just dont waste time with these scam artists”
