“Do NOT go anywhere near this place. I am on the verge of legal action against them. They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them....
Dont touch this company. You will regret it.”

“Took my £474 off me and fobbed me off by declining my impressions. Second kit they sent caused my mouth to swell and blister. Contacted the police for fraud today and pursuing injury lawyers unless instasmile pay me compensation and a refund. Impressions kits are not for nonprofessionals. Any product administered on or into a human being skin or body needs a consent form.”

“Inttasmile did a great job for me. I had no doubt I would get a perfect impression my first attempt. I try hard to do things right. Easy to do. It took about 4 weeks start to finish. The day I received the kit is the day I submitted photos for approval. Mailed out the next day. So a majority of the time is having them manufactured after you've sent them in. I got the whitest natural color. It's definitely not white but off white. That was my only disappointment. I received the veneers and they fit absolutely perfectly. Except my natural teeth were exactly the same color! I guess I should have got Hollywood White. I didn't realize that the whitening kits that I have been using were very effective and much cheaper.”
“Extremely disappointed with their service. They made me take my impressions 7+ times and never provided any feedback or assistance with how to actually take one if every time was not accurate. Finally, when I decided to cancel my purchase when my 8th impression was denied, they said I had to pay for the putty’s and the equipment sent for impressions so far so $100+ wasted and I did not get out if this after 4 months of back and forth..do not purchase it”

“I ordered them, told me no problem, sent me the kit, as this point, very impressed, customer service at this point, no problem, did the moulding, sent in the photos, then to tell me they couldn't do them, but oh were charging you £75 admin fee, what the hell, not I get you may want a small fee, even £20, but £75 for something you have now decided can not produce, for nothing, read the small print they told me, the customer service went down hill from this point, not interested at all, and since I have not even had a phone call or email, nothing regarding the matter, and refund, just oh £75 admin fee, or if they have now cancelled my card, nothing, so to me, I would double check before you pay any money up front, ask if you can send photos first, of your teeth, that they can do it.
What annoyed me, they show videos, of people with as little as a couple of teeth, a I still have teeth, with a few missing, yeah there very small set of teeth, so to me, I after wonder if the videos on you tuber are not faked, because they make money for doing nothing”
“Paid the amount due in full for top and bottom set... Took original and secondary impressions due to first ones not being good enough. This, due to dental issues, was an extremely painful process which I explain to them... I sent pictures per their request and was told their technicians found no reason why I shouldn’t be able to do more impressions. 12 months later I am still denied a refund and was actually encouraged to re-purchase at a discounted rate... wow. So I am officially out $500 and have no product and no refund. Be careful.”
