It took two trys but the second was the secret! I learned that in my case I needed the thinner version to make my smile look natural. I also had issues with the first molding. The thicker one wouldn't fit over my existing teeth. The customer service stuck with me until I finally received my product. THANKS for doing your best! The new impression worked beautifully. I am VERY happy with my smile.
