I’m giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. I was fortunate to be able to take my impressions in their lab so a staff member guided me through the process and made sure the impressions were suitable. I also collected from there just a week later. I was then invited along to a VIP all expenses paid day out and treated really well. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from start to finish.
