I wasn't satisfied with the design of the uppers but they remade them and showed me the changes they would be making before starting manufacturing. The claim process was really easy and quick. The customer service staff was so helpful and patient. I am really happy with the straighter design vs the natural design and despite my dental profile issues they did an amazing job.
