Excellent company, excellent customer service. Product is actually great, I was worried from some of the reviews but when I received the product I was blown away. Took a month in total but that's because I messed up the impressions. On reordering new impressions I passed first time and then the actual product was delivered in 9, days. Don't let first impressions put you off, took me a few hours to get use to them because I'm use to my normal teeth but they are fantastic!!!
