Quick and easy, along with very nice customer service. Said I had tooth drag in both impressions even the one scheduled with the smile consultant. I'm sending both in because I feel its just the profile of my teeth and I didn't drag my teeth or bite at all during the second impression. Hopefully it all works out so I can give instasmile a good Facebook review.
