So happy with the overall process the customer service with this company is impeccable. From ordering the kit and receiving the impression they phoned me from start to finish and offered a appointment at the headquarters which was brilliant as i wanted to get the impressions right first time. The staff there were so friendly and helpful very welcoming no awkwardness the woman doing the impressions cant remember her name was excellent easy to talk to we also had help from one of the guy from the lab. Thanks instasmile i can't wait to receive my veneers
