Spoke to Rachel today on the phone she was very helpful as I had to redo my impressions with a rescue kit .. As I have been worrying that I wont get my smile but she put me at ease and she was one of the most friendly happy customer service advisors I'd ever spoken to as i dont usually like to speak on the phone . Very polite and answered all my questions and offered all the help i needed . Looking forward to getting my veneers now so i can put a great review for the company.
