I’ve ordered several times in the last two or three years and love the product. However, I’ve attempted to contact customer service via email three times regarding an order issue and I received NO response. Nothing was sent to my inbox or junk folder. This is the only reason they get a one star instead of five. If you don’t answer your customers you’re going to loose them.
