The sales teams need to be taught that phoning someone 5 times in a row is actually not acceptable. I had rejected the call 3 times as i was in a meeting. I eventually answered as figured it had to be an emergency situation, why else would someone persistently call like this. When i asked is this an emergency the response was yes we have a deal on insurance. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior and makes me want to never do business with you again. Train your staff to treat people with respect we are not just potential clients but Humans on the end of the phone!
