“I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Tamali Guria. For the past three weeks she kept sending daily reminders via email and WhatsApp for the renewal payment. However, once the payment was made, the policy was issued with the wrong date. Since then, she has completely stopped responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages. She reads the messages but does not have the basic courtesy to reply or clarify whether the issue will be resolved or not. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using InsuranceMarket.ae.”
