“I normally do not write reviews, but as I had such a great experience with insurancemarket.ae and my senior sales advisor Mr. Muhammad Faisal, I can only praise the work and support I have received to insure my car. I have recently moved to Dubai and decided to acquire a car and Mr. Faisal made insuring the vehicle easy, quick and cheap with all features i requested. I would recommend their service anytime. “I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Tamali Guria. For the past three weeks she kept sending daily reminders via email and WhatsApp for the renewal payment. However, once the payment was made, the policy was issued with the wrong date. Since then, she has completely stopped responding to my emails and WhatsApp messages. She reads the messages but does not have the basic courtesy to reply or clarify whether the issue will be resolved or not. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using InsuranceMarket.ae.”

“I had a really disappointing experience with insurancemarket.ae. Cancelling my policy and getting the refund has taken way longer than it should. I kept emailing and following up, but the replies were either very late or didn’t actually help. What’s frustrating is that everything is super fast when you’re buying a policy, but once you ask for a cancellation, the whole process becomes painfully slow. I felt like I was constantly chasing them just to get a simple update. Better to go with insurence providers than with brokers like Insurencemarket.ae”
