“I normally do not write reviews, but as I had such a great experience with insurancemarket.ae and my senior sales advisor Mr. Muhammad Faisal, I can only praise the work and support I have received to insure my car. I have recently moved to Dubai and decided to acquire a car and Mr. Faisal made insuring the vehicle easy, quick and cheap with all features i requested. I would recommend their service anytime. “I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this insurance advisor Mr Ashar Aziz. Reference# CAR-VDXKH85Y . Despite multiple follow-ups even set a calendar for call back request, there was no response, phone is turned off and cannot be reached, and it felt like my concerns and questions were completely ignored. As a client, I expected timely communication and a genuine effort to understand and address my insurance needs — unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of professionalism unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance. I would not recommend this advisor to anyone looking for reliable and client-focused service. There are many other professionals out there who actually value their clients’ time and needs.”

“Recently worked with Kristelle Santillan to obtain family health insurance. Generally, I found this to be a “cutthroat” exercise but Kristelle persisted, and with her contacts through “http://insurancemarket.ae/“ she founds us a plan we were happy with. “I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After providing a quote for my car, they suddenly canceled it and offered a new quote at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, the new quote drastically undervalued my car, despite it's a relatively new model. This lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect accurate and consistent information, not sudden price changes and undervaluation of my vehicle. I urge others to be cautious and double-check any quotes they receive from this company. I hope this review prompts them to improve their practices and treat their customers with the respect and honesty they deserve.”

“I had very bad experience with Insurance market, the issued policy was with the incorrect information which was later updated after multiple follow ups on email and on calls. After all, when the policy is revised again, it still had incorrect information's of body type and many missing information's i.e. Engine Capacity, Country of Manufacture etc. Upon checking with the representative (Mr. Atul Suman, Accounts Manager) from Insurance market, there have not been any satisfactory response or action. The representative was just interested to sell the policy and have not interest once the policy is sold out. In addition to the rating which is very bad, i have put it forward as a complaint too.
