“At first, I trusted the Insurance Market and wanted to do my car insurance with them. However, they misplaced the insurance in another file in the RTA system. When I went to buy the car, I encountered an error in the system. I waited around 45 minutes, but they couldn’t resolve my issue. Afterward, I requested a refund because I had purchased another insurance from another company. They agreed to the refund and stated that my money would be returned within 15 working days. However, after more than 15 working days, I continued to follow up on the refund. And then they told me I will be refunded after 15 working days again! Because they didn’t proceed with the refund yet!!! I never leave a negative review, but this experience has truly made me want to do so.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this insurance advisor Mr Ashar Aziz. Reference# CAR-VDXKH85Y . Despite multiple follow-ups even set a calendar for call back request, there was no response, phone is turned off and cannot be reached, and it felt like my concerns and questions were completely ignored. As a client, I expected timely communication and a genuine effort to understand and address my insurance needs — unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of professionalism unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance. I would not recommend this advisor to anyone looking for reliable and client-focused service. There are many other professionals out there who actually value their clients’ time and needs.”

“I have tried to obtain insurance quotes for 2 of my cars recently and my experience has been very poor. I wonder how they managed to get such high ratings, may be it is time for relevant authorities to check the authenticity of these ratings.!”

“My interactions with this company have been quite disappointing, and I have concerns about potential fraud. Their customer support has not been effective in addressing my withdrawal issues. However, after overcoming some hurdles, TRIEVALS.com managed to retrieve my investment and profits in just a few days.”

“Poor communication levels A few months back i rated insurancemarket.ae a 5 star , now am forced to pushing it to 1 star No follow up Poor communication standards People from call centre are clue less of what is being asked for and on top of it the call lines are lagging . U feel like u are talking on a wireless walkie talkie A brand in the process of being tarnished”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After providing a quote for my car, they suddenly canceled it and offered a new quote at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, the new quote drastically undervalued my car, despite it's a relatively new model. This lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect accurate and consistent information, not sudden price changes and undervaluation of my vehicle. I urge others to be cautious and double-check any quotes they receive from this company. I hope this review prompts them to improve their practices and treat their customers with the respect and honesty they deserve.”

“I had very bad experience with Insurance market, the issued policy was with the incorrect information which was later updated after multiple follow ups on email and on calls. After all, when the policy is revised again, it still had incorrect information's of body type and many missing information's i.e. Engine Capacity, Country of Manufacture etc. Upon checking with the representative (Mr. Atul Suman, Accounts Manager) from Insurance market, there have not been any satisfactory response or action. The representative was just interested to sell the policy and have not interest once the policy is sold out. In addition to the rating which is very bad, i have put it forward as a complaint too. “The company is a complete fraud. Multiple calls to call Center leads to only standard reply- we will ask agent to revert and nobody calls back. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to process my claim without any luck, agent’s don’t even pickup their calls. Pls AVOID. Useless company and hope UAE regulator takes strong action on the company.”

“Hi I just bought a policy from Insurance Market' Agent name is Navy Shetty. I want to share my review that this lady is totally unprofessional, irresponsible, providing wrong information. No answer on call & Messages. I complained many time on there's call centre to change the agent but no response. Still my problem is not solved. so please be careful from them.”

“I have a very bad experience with Insurance Market Health insurance. It happend 2 times and 2 different insurance agent. At first they’d give you low price and then once you confirmed and give all your requirements next thing you know they increased the price for another 5k which is clearly a fraud!! When you apply for an insurance the given rate stays the same and should not increase in just 3-4 days. Fraud and extremely unreliable agents. No to insurance market health. Fraud!!! What a shame.”

“Premium quoted by AFIA is very high and their staff have got poor knowledge of insurance products. After saying no to AFIA still they keep on calling and keep on sending sms messages creating nuisance. Avoid AFIA as they are useless and unprofessional”

“Simply awful customer follow up, as a matter of fact, I have been chasing them for a while to send me a quotation to renew my insurance with them and no answer. The operator lady answering 04 421 5819 is clueless with very poor communication skills. I am shocked by the fact that in our days, customers are chasing insurance brokers for quotations. Anyway, I will switch all my insurance contracts to someone else.”

“After years of multiple daily brainwashing with headaches ads on Dubai’s radios, I’ve tried to get 2 times this year (Jan and Oct) 2023 motor insurances for 2 of my cars. The 1st apply was at 8am to buy a car in RTA at 2pm. « Alfred » called me at 8:30pm!!! Obviously everything was already done. But Alfred was very sorry… The 2nd (21st oct 23 at 8:30am) apply was for a renewal (car not insured throughout them) At 6pm, nothing done except an answer to my email to say that « Alfred » is once again very sorry… Just unreal how they can communicate with this 4.9 / 5.0 based on customers satisfaction. So from my side, never never again I will ask anything from this company. Think twice if you are in a hurry! Most probably, my review will never appear on their own website…”
