Hi I just bought a policy from Insurance Market' Agent name is Navy Shetty. I want to share my review that this lady is totally unprofessional, irresponsible, providing wrong information. No answer on call & Messages. I complained many time on there's call centre to change the agent but no response. Still my problem is not solved. so please be careful from them.

I have a very bad experience with Insurance Market Health insurance. It happend 2 times and 2 different insurance agent. At first they’d give you low price and then once you confirmed and give all your requirements next thing you know they increased the price for another 5k which is clearly a fraud!! When you apply for an insurance the given rate stays the same and should not increase in just 3-4 days. Fraud and extremely unreliable agents. No to insurance market health. Fraud!!! What a shame.

After-sales is terrible !! Been waiting for MONTHS for a basic information 🤦‍♂️ For all the tech they boast about, one would have expected this to be a 5 minute query. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Premium quoted by AFIA is very high and their staff have got poor knowledge of insurance products. After saying no to AFIA still they keep on calling and keep on sending sms messages creating nuisance. Avoid AFIA as they are useless and unprofessional

Simply awful customer follow up, as a matter of fact, I have been chasing them for a while to send me a quotation to renew my insurance with them and no answer. The operator lady answering 04 421 5819 is clueless with very poor communication skills. I am shocked by the fact that in our days, customers are chasing insurance brokers for quotations. Anyway, I will switch all my insurance contracts to someone else.

Well, the website gives a quote, asks you to pay the cost to proceed and "buy", and then later they call back that they cannot issue it for xyz reasons and I need to get an alternative.. AFTER TAKING MY MONEY! completey rubbish and waste of time!

After years of multiple daily brainwashing with headaches ads on Dubai’s radios, I’ve tried to get 2 times this year (Jan and Oct) 2023 motor insurances for 2 of my cars. The 1st apply was at 8am to buy a car in RTA at 2pm. « Alfred » called me at 8:30pm!!! Obviously everything was already done. But Alfred was very sorry… The 2nd (21st oct 23 at 8:30am) apply was for a renewal (car not insured throughout them) At 6pm, nothing done except an answer to my email to say that « Alfred » is once again very sorry… Just unreal how they can communicate with this 4.9 / 5.0 based on customers satisfaction. So from my side, never never again I will ask anything from this company. Think twice if you are in a hurry! Most probably, my review will never appear on their own website…

I wonder how did this company manage to get positive reviews. When they sell any product, agents will kneel down and answer all your queries. But when it comes to after sales, the customer has to kneel down and beg for feedback from the agent. I won’t recommend them at all. Best part, when you request a call back, they dont even call.

Iam currently having a night mare with getting an MRI approval from Adamjee Insurance company. If I only knew that they are suggesting that my son has an injury for the past 4 years not sure how the doctor came to that conclusion looking at an Xray. I am not at all happy as I believe for a young person who is 21 yrs old Insurance like these are suggesting that I should have declared this when I or my son never knew about this injury being severe as he has had no surgeries or physio in the past. His recent fall karyking has caused this Not sure why we bother to get ourselves insured? I thought Insurance companies should are paid to pay for these cases

I had the worst and still having the worst experience with this company. I bought a full comprehensive car insurance with agency repairs and prompt service etc from RSA , through these guys. Within a few days I had a small mishap while parking. Promptly got a police report and filed a claim. 16 days later until today, I have not been compensated. They have incompetence to the hilt. Call me on 0506445324 for the horrible details. Also I DID NOT SELECT THE CHEAPEST QUOTE

I applied for car insurance yesterday and did not get my policy, called today the customer service and asked for the policy, they told me our advisor will get back to you but nobody called me or emailed me and tried calling again with no answer

I GENERALLY DO NOT LIKE TO WRITE - BUT IT IS IMPORTANT I DO WRITE - I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE ADVISOR - AS U NEVER VCAN REACH HER ON PHONE - THEY NEVER RETURN UR CALLS - THE MANAGER OR HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS HAS NO RESPECT ALSO FOR CALLING BACK CUSTOMER - I HAVE BEEN THERE CUSTOMER FOR LONG - MY EARLIER AGENTS WERE BETTER - THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE - RIGHT NOW I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE THIS INSURANCE AGAIN - ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC SERVICE - THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER UR CALLS THEY ARE NEVER REACHABLE

My name is Sanjaykumar Dadhania 0508595902, I purchased health insurance from insurance market.ae and followed the advice of agent of insurance market sales team. But when I went to hospital for my son emergency treatment, insurance did not covered and I had to pay AED 3500, I would recommend not to purchase health insurance from insurance market as they are not able to provide right advise and I lost AED 3500 on the top of the comprehensive insurance cost!!! Very painful to purchase insurance from insurance market.ae

I have been in touch with a person named Ace - +971 586459843. He has been following up for 1.5 months on the renewal and assured that the new policy will only be activated after the old one expires and hence I don't need to wait till the last day to activate the new policy. I made the payment 1 week before the expiry of the new policy and as you may have guessed the policy has been activated on the same day I made the payment. After escalating it they agreed to revise it for the new date, however the revision takes 3-5 days and now my old insurance has expired and the new one has not been activated as yet. So any medical expenses will need to be paid in cash from my side and I will need to follow up for a refund. I feel its a trick to get you to subscribe early and I believe I would have had a better experience if I went to the insurance provider directly. Also to be clear it is not Ace my account executive to be blamed, I feel the back end support team has also let him/me down on this.

The sales teams need to be taught that phoning someone 5 times in a row is actually not acceptable. I had rejected the call 3 times as i was in a meeting. I eventually answered as figured it had to be an emergency situation, why else would someone persistently call like this. When i asked is this an emergency the response was yes we have a deal on insurance. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior and makes me want to never do business with you again. Train your staff to treat people with respect we are not just potential clients but Humans on the end of the phone!
