I had very bad experience with Insurance market, the issued policy was with the incorrect information which was later updated after multiple follow ups on email and on calls. After all, when the policy is revised again, it still had incorrect information's of body type and many missing information's i.e. Engine Capacity, Country of Manufacture etc. Upon checking with the representative (Mr. Atul Suman, Accounts Manager) from Insurance market, there have not been any satisfactory response or action. The representative was just interested to sell the policy and have not interest once the policy is sold out. In addition to the rating which is very bad, i have put it forward as a complaint too.
