At first, I trusted the Insurance Market and wanted to do my car insurance with them. However, they misplaced the insurance in another file in the RTA system. When I went to buy the car, I encountered an error in the system. I waited around 45 minutes, but they couldn’t resolve my issue. Afterward, I requested a refund because I had purchased another insurance from another company. They agreed to the refund and stated that my money would be returned within 15 working days. However, after more than 15 working days, I continued to follow up on the refund. And then they told me I will be refunded after 15 working days again! Because they didn’t proceed with the refund yet!!! I never leave a negative review, but this experience has truly made me want to do so.
