“At first, I trusted the Insurance Market and wanted to do my car insurance with them. However, they misplaced the insurance in another file in the RTA system. When I went to buy the car, I encountered an error in the system. I waited around 45 minutes, but they couldn’t resolve my issue. Afterward, I requested a refund because I had purchased another insurance from another company. They agreed to the refund and stated that my money would be returned within 15 working days. However, after more than 15 working days, I continued to follow up on the refund. And then they told me I will be refunded after 15 working days again! Because they didn’t proceed with the refund yet!!! I never leave a negative review, but this experience has truly made me want to do so.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this insurance advisor Mr Ashar Aziz. Reference# CAR-VDXKH85Y . Despite multiple follow-ups even set a calendar for call back request, there was no response, phone is turned off and cannot be reached, and it felt like my concerns and questions were completely ignored. As a client, I expected timely communication and a genuine effort to understand and address my insurance needs — unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of professionalism unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance. I would not recommend this advisor to anyone looking for reliable and client-focused service. There are many other professionals out there who actually value their clients’ time and needs.”

“I have tried to obtain insurance quotes for 2 of my cars recently and my experience has been very poor. I wonder how they managed to get such high ratings, may be it is time for relevant authorities to check the authenticity of these ratings.!”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After providing a quote for my car, they suddenly canceled it and offered a new quote at a significantly higher price. To make matters worse, the new quote drastically undervalued my car, despite it's a relatively new model. This lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect accurate and consistent information, not sudden price changes and undervaluation of my vehicle. I urge others to be cautious and double-check any quotes they receive from this company. I hope this review prompts them to improve their practices and treat their customers with the respect and honesty they deserve.”
