The transaction was smooth. But a detail of the quotation which was not clarified enough by the salesperson that annoyed me to call again after i paid the policy to get it done. This detail was Oman Insurance that i had to collect what’s called “Orange card” after i insisted to have it, so it got signed (after I requested it) and i was told to collect it myself. I believe you need to improve in here. Rest of the experience was good enough.
