Process is smooth, clear and quick. Staff are very friendly and polite.
However, i kept receiving the communication emails from different staff everytime. It would have been really helpful if the advisor is the same person communicating with me through the email, as i had to inform my advisor that this staff and that staff sent me the email.
Apart from that, I recommended the company to all of my colleagues at work.
