After taking money from customers end to end closing up of account and delivery of insurance certificate and uploading data is not to be seen. falsefied cheap marketing talks with false timelines are presented to customer. Front line officer and media group are helpless since they don’t have actual feedback from back office. Each of these group does not over step their boundaries even when customer explains their grievances and stay in their comfort zone. You may look into it for betterment.
