Boy did my relationship take a terrible turn for the worst AFTER Insurdinary got their first payment. I got some dental work done after I was told that my policy was active, and able to be paid direct to the dentist but when the dentist went to submit for payment , my policy WASNT active and I had to pay for it out of pocket . I was either lied to or misinformed about my waiting period ( they said it was 60 days from my old policy that I could get a new policy when I was told I had 90 days to renew) the dentist told me that it happens more times than not with GMS, the coverage provider . When I went for reimbursement, they asked to have it submitted again, for whatever reason, then said I wasn’t set up for direct deposit, which I had already set up, they had NO problem TAKING payment but want you to do more work than needed to RECEIVE payment. All that being said, I canceled my policy, I don’t have time to jump through all their hoops to get what I’m owed. Was told to stay away from GMS so I got out. Cost me $368 of my own money and I wasn’t gonna be going through all this every time like I was told by the dentist office I would have to. All in all, stay away from Insurdinary, AND GMS. Take my word for it . Find another provider. Horrible experience with Dornaz from Insurdinary, AND GMS. Very disappointed
