Dornaz at Insurdinary was absolutely excellent. When she first called in the evening, I did not recognize the phone number and thought it would be an unwanted survey call. I answered and when she said hello, I immediately thought I would answer the survey questions, even though I generally do not. But she was so friendly and approachable sounding, I was engaged already. Then I found out it was the insurance follow up (not a survey call). Dornaz was efficient, professional and friendly. A delight.
