integra insurance services! Won’t pay out when you need them!!! Terrible support and customer service, very slow response time, I’m heavily pregnant and now being cross questioned 6 weeks after the event of having a genuine paint spill accident and they are clearly trying to get out of paying out for it. Literally interrogated over and over for more than an hour and reduced me to tears with frustration on a recorded video call that I was not asked for prior consent of. I have supplied them with everything they have asked for, photographs, videos, emails messages, phone calls and they are dragging this out and trying to find ways to not pay out. Pretty stressful when I could give birth at any time. I’ve explained this is causing me stress and anxiety and even more questions are being sent. Use a larger more reputable company would be my advice after this VERY stressful experience.
