I signed the contract in July, promising installation by October. It's the end of March and they just finished. What a nightmare. Delay delay delay, over-promises, ignored calls and email. Lots of lies, from management, sales, and project managers. In the amount of time and energy I spent on this, I could have started my own company and done the install myself. Nine months. Nine.
