“love their customer service and after sale responsiveness. I couldn't be happier with them which is why I was happy to leave them a review when they asked. Been a customer for a while and I can actually talk to a human here when I need help. They did a great job taking care of me”
“I had my panels and battery installed in 2023 and my electric bills have dropped significantly. We lost power at least 4 times since I had the battery and each time my fridge, garage door, TV and lights and most plugs were on! Truly a life saver. I recommend this company and will be using them again in the future on my second home”
“I signed the contract in July, promising installation by October. It's the end of March and they just finished. What a nightmare. Delay delay delay, over-promises, ignored calls and email. Lots of lies, from management, sales, and project managers. In the amount of time and energy I spent on this, I could have started my own company and done the install myself. Nine months. Nine.”
“Great folks they knew what they were doing and were friendly while installing my system. I’m paying $20-$90/month in electricity now when before my bill was $200-750 a month! Highly recommend these guys”
“Contracted with IntegrateSun LLC on 1/4/24 to install solar panels on my home. Paid 30% deposit of the quote. About four weeks after contract execution IntegrateSun raised issue that Sam Houston Electric required $1M liability insurance. Even though IntegrateSun did not inform me prior to execution of the contract of this requirement, I attempted to secure this type policy with my current insurance carrier, but they would not write a policy for this amount. I would have had to secure an individual policy which is cost prohibitive. Contract with IntegrateSun had a no refund policy for 30% deposit regardless of outcome. Attempted to convert contract with IntegrateSun to provide a backup generator, but IntegrateSun provided false information about ability to do this, stating requirements from the electric company were identical to solar panel installation. Two weeks later IntegrateSun offered to convert the project for a cost that was $3K higher than nearest competitor. Because this company has been in business for 13 years I would have expected them to have been aware of this require prior to executing this contract and informing me up front.
It appeared to me that this was a shell company that utilize contractors and temporary employees/resources. It became apparent that depth of experience was missing after the initial engagement.”
