I have been extremely impressed with international insurance, particularly my contact Andrew B. He has been exceptionally professional, supportive, informative and patient as we navigated the appropriate plan for our needs. Whether it was email or phone, Andrew and Ismail were patient and listened well to my needs. Overall, the customer support, service and attention to detail has been excellent and the onboarding of a new policy owner has been smooth. I would recommend them for expats needing coverage when coming stateside.
