“This was my first time using Cigna Global for health insurance coverage in Mexico. After enrolling directly through Cigna, Will Smith convinced me that using ICI has our broker would be most beneficial because ICI acts as a Cigna liaison who can handle claims or any other issues on our behalf. This is also helpful, since I am not fluent in Spanish. From the beginning, Will has been attentive to my concerns, very clear with explaining the sign-up process, and has been very personable. Love that he can be reached by phone and email. I’m looking forward to experiencing the Cigna well-bing ‘life’ with him through ICI.”

“The agent (Valentina) who helped me out was very personable and made the process easy. The costs are reasonable. I hope we do not need to use this insurance, but if we do, I trust their customer service will continue to be outstanding. I will definitely buy insurance for trips from them in the future.”

“My wife and I were looking for an international Health insurance, which would cover us around the world but as well has a large network in the USA. ICI was very helpful in identifying the health insurance which would work best for us, and guided us through the multiple options and the process. “After already having left on our trip abroad my husband and I decided we should have health care insurance for our month long trip. Valentino couldn’t have been more helpful. She responded to my questions immediately and made the whole process incredibly easy. Hopefully we won’t need insurance but we can now rest easy we have it. Than you Valentino!!”
