“International Citizens Insurance was a lifesaver! We didn't know what to do since I live in South Africa, I am from the US and travel a lot. I was losing insurance in the US and Brennan was a HUGE help in navigating the process to get world wide coverage. He helped find the correct plan for me and helped get me accepted when there was a little bump in the process. Couldn't have done it without you!! Thanks so much and hope I never need to use the insurance but... So grateful!”

“This was my first time using Cigna Global for health insurance coverage in Mexico. After enrolling directly through Cigna, Will Smith convinced me that using ICI has our broker would be most beneficial because ICI acts as a Cigna liaison who can handle claims or any other issues on our behalf. This is also helpful, since I am not fluent in Spanish. From the beginning, Will has been attentive to my concerns, very clear with explaining the sign-up process, and has been very personable. Love that he can be reached by phone and email. I’m looking forward to experiencing the Cigna well-bing ‘life’ with him through ICI.”

“We liked the information about different insurers that they had onilne. It took a bit to get used to each other, since we felt we didn't know much, but didn't want to just be given a plan with no options or ways to compare. Once Will got that we did not already know exactly what we wanted but did want to learn enough to have a say in it, we understood each other well, and it seemed to end up well.”

“I have not used the insurance yet as I'm not moving internationally for another month. Both Will and James were easy to work with and called when they said they would. It was disconcerting not to see everything printed out, but they answered questions consistently. I am looking forward the insurance being as easy to use as it was to buy.”

“Prompt response, many plans to choose from, only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because I was contacted by too many other reps rather than the person I originally spoke to. With so many scams these days I wasn’t comfortable giving my info to so many people.”

“I worked with Bre to obtain health insurance for my daughter. She provided me quotes for a few options. We had multiple discussions about the right plan. She was helpful. It is not an easy decision given that you do not know much about the foreign health care industry but the insight she provided was helpful.”

“After researching several international health insurance options I discovered this insurance and was given a good treatment by Chris Delgado. He was very instrumental in getting the coverage detailed and clarified. Although I do think that the premium are still fairly high (plus, in my wife's case, she is NOT covered in the neighbouring Spain !) the process of obtaining the coverage was not complicated and dealing with Chris Delgado was highly satisfactory.”

“We appreciate the patience and follow through that Chris gave to us. However, it was a bit frustrating that the available appointments that were offered when I tried to book on line didn’t match with Chris being out of the office. Since I received an email confirmation confirming the date of our appointment, we showed up and waited for 30 minutes.”

“I found Brennan to be helpful and readily available to answer our questions. He explained things in a straightforward way and was patient as we tried to understand the US health care system. I did find the online appication process finicky, and it should be easier to edit your personal details (such as email addresses) then it is.”
