“The primary agent for my application was knowledgeable and the approval process was efficient. However, I received calls from two other agents who were not coordinated with the primary agent and even appeared to be competing with her.”

“In SGP, it is nigh impossible to find pvt hospitalization insurance for foreigners with preexisting conditions. The people at International Citizens Insurance was able to direct me to a few plan options based on short email discussion with me, followed by a call with Brennan McDonnell in US who answered my questions quickly. Next step was for the underwriter to send a challenging questionnaire which requires dates and test results for ailments which they want details with. I was covered within 5 work days from applying. Their premium is similar as ACA in US with a lower deductible than in US Just to note, 5 of 5 local brokers were not successful using their SGP local underwritters.”

“The brokers were very helpful. I like that they have a free telehealth option. The insurance is expensive and does not cover pre-existing conditions or birth control unless it is for non-birth control reasons.”

“We worked with Brennan McDonnell on purchasing a global insurance plan with Cigna. He was extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. The one and only advice I have is to know the difference between following up and excessively calling. I would receive multiple calls on a daily basis to see if we were purchasing a plan and it just got a little too much. I'm assuming his supervisors or Cigna has policies to follow up with potential customers to get their business, which I understand, but it's good to know the difference between being excessive and just following up. We still got the plan and, so far, I would recommend Cigna global insurance to others.”

“Finding the right long-term international medical plans is confusing. I did a ton of research on the the internet but only really got a clear idea of how to proceed when I spoke live with a broker here. He provided clear information about my options and probable requirements.”
