We worked with Brennan McDonnell on purchasing a global insurance plan with Cigna. He was extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. The one and only advice I have is to know the difference between following up and excessively calling. I would receive multiple calls on a daily basis to see if we were purchasing a plan and it just got a little too much. I'm assuming his supervisors or Cigna has policies to follow up with potential customers to get their business, which I understand, but it's good to know the difference between being excessive and just following up. We still got the plan and, so far, I would recommend Cigna global insurance to others.
