We appreciate the patience and follow through that Chris gave to us. However, it was a bit frustrating that the available appointments that were offered when I tried to book on line didn’t match with Chris being out of the office. Since I received an email confirmation confirming the date of our appointment, we showed up and waited for 30 minutes.
