After researching 5-6 different companies on international health insurance, I found Cigna to be the best for our needs and the customer service that Carolina Oliviera provided was the quickest, most professional and personalized service that I experienced across the whole industry. Outstanding work. We're hoping we will not have to file a claim but if we do it's very reassuring to know that Carolina on our side to help us through the process.
