She knew the policy well and when I had follow-up questions, she would re-confirm with the insurance agency the answers. After I received the policy, my address was incorrect, but I was able to contact her to confirm the change of address. I appreciated working with Bre Birmingham. She understood the importance of selecting the right health insurance and wasn't pushy.
