My broker, Brennan, was very informative, patient, and not pushy at all. His transparency helped me to find an insurer that would cover my pre-existing condition, which I am extremely grateful for as it can be hard to find a good insurer to cover pre-existing conditions as well as meet the other criteria that I was looking for. I've only just been approved and so I have not yet had a chance to use the insurance, but if my experience thus far is any indication then I expect to be well satisfied.
