Mackenzie Manning was incredibly patient and helpful. I live in Madagascar but am a US citizen and getting the doctor form completed and all the required test took time and some repeating (American doctors not used to international insurance). I am so pleased and relieved to have this coverage but might have given up if Mackenzie had not been so understanding and patient.
