There were some wrinkles to iron out with Cigna and luckily our agent, Brennan Mcdonald stayed on the top of it, and he handled it like a pro. Brennan always replies to my inquiries in the timely manner, and no mountain is high enough for him to finding satisfactory resolution to matters.
