Carolina was very effective and efficient in managing my enquiry and seeing through my purchase for Cigna insurance policy. Although there were some errors from Cigna’s system end, she stayed persistent in solving the issue and kept in regular contact with me.
Definitely a smoother experience than working with insurance provider directly.
