I was not aware beforehand that ICI had limited insurance options. Mrs. Olivera was upfront with this and explained the benefits of the insurance, which was already of great interest to me prior to contacting ICI. She, additionally, laid out some specific benefits, which would be very relevant to me concerning travels. During the time frame of thinking things over, I never felt pushed towards any policy and also this was much appreciated!
