We used Int. Friends twice. First, to transfer from London to our cruise ship. We received confirmation for pick up. The driver was prompt and polite. And upon disembarking from the cruise ship we did an all day tour of Salisbury, Stongehenge and Windsor Castle with airport drop off. Driver was right where letter stated and was informative about the itinerary with drop off at airport. Everything went as proposed.
