“Edward was the perfect level of educational while not being pedantic. He also made sure to spend time with every group on the tour chatting and connecting with them. I really enjoyed seeing Windsor/Bath/Stonehenge and learning about them too. Great tour size - exactly what I was looking for.”

“Small-sized tour group is more “personalized” than those big coach tour. Tour lead (Valentina) shared fair amount of local information of the areas being visited, unlike big coach tours. I highly recommend International Friends.”

“We had a fantastic tour of Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath! My husband and I wanted to see all 3 places, and we only had one spare day in our schedule. This tour was perfect for us, as we were able to visit the highlights of each locale. Our guide, Valentina, educated us on the sights to come and was interested in our impressions. Valentina's knowledge base is so impressive, not only regarding the sites on the tour but of London and English history as well. Also a shout-out to our driver, Sam! He was able to maneuver through bottlenecks and deliver us safely to where we needed to be. Such a great tour!!!”

“The Tour Guide, Dr. Edward (Shepherd) ( I did not catch his last name) was simply phenomenal. He was engaging, completely tuned in to the history of Stonehenge, and well-organized at all three stops. He helped make the trip an exceptional experience. The bus was in superb condition and the driver was professional in all aspects of his chore. I do, however, have a recommendation to make. The time allotted at all three stops was too limited. More time at Stonehenge would have permitted us to spend time in the exhibit and theatre hall. The 90 minutes available in Bath was not enough time for people to visit the Bath Museum. I completed the Cotswold Way Walk 4 weeks prior ending in Bath for 2 nights. I spent over 2 hours in that museum and did not take more time to see everything on display. Then there still is the Bath Abbey to see. As for Windsor Castle, we arrived in time to be advised that we should hurry to St. Georges Chapel as it was closing in 30 minutes. Following that, there were time-staged closures for the balance of the Castle, not leaving much time to appreciate the items described in the provided audio self-guide. I suggest that Bath be left off the tour, less drive time, more exploration time at the other two sites, length of tour could be shortened, less fuel, less bus rental and a more satisfying customer experience. Bath visit could be swapped in for another site every other week allowing time for a proper experience there.”

“Our tour guide was Edward/Ed (never Eddie!). We were on a Stonehenge, Bath, Windsor Tour. Eddie was excellent at presenting details about each of these areas. He has a great sense of humor and was great at presenting information in a way that was easy to absorb/follow! I liked having a small tour group. The van was clean and comfortable. Although Bath was a beautiful town, I would have rather skipped that tour and spent more time at Windsor. I would highly recommend this tour to a friend.”

“I highly recommend the Stonehenge, Bath, Cotswolds small group tour. This is the second time I've taken this tour (after first visiting London 11 years ago). The tour offers a great selection of sites to give you a break from crowded, hectic London. Unfortunately, both times I took the tour ended up being rainy. Be prepared so the weather doesn't detract from your experience. The guide and driver were both wonderful and took extra effort to give us a wonderful day.”

“We were so thrilled with our day ......we did write a review on TripAdvisor as we were so impressed. We thank Vugar & the very talented, informative Tony, our Tour Guide. We could not have asked for anything better & it was much more than Cotswolds & Palaces. We saw beautiful old churches & meandering country lanes & had a gorgeous lunch in an idyllic village. It excelled our expectations & we loved the Cotswold cheeses that we had that evening. Thanks so much, we have these memories & photos of this day for a life-time. Us Aussies Dennis & Jill”

“This was our second tour with International Friends. Andy met us at the Southampton pier, had a lovely drive and discussion of Highclere Castle/Downton Abby, then took us on to Bath. Andy found our left-behind souvenirs bought at Highclere and went above and beyond to contact us after we returned home and send them to us! Would always consider International Friends as our first choice for tours in England!”

“Absolutely loved this tour. Weather could have been better but everything worked out really well. It was easy to find our bus and guide in front of the British Museum. Our guide was super personable and knowledgable. Loved all the non-Downton Abbey history/information that was shared along the way. She definitely had her Downton Abbey knowledge down pat while most of us were trying to remember details having watched it so long ago. But, she helped us along which made the tour even more interesting. Highclere Castle was just amazing and the link to Egypt archealogy and King Tut was really interesting to me. Who knew? Would absolutely recommend this tour.”
