It would be more comforting if you sent a a confirmation maybe a couple of weeks out. Also a personal email confirmation would be nice as well when booking. With all the bogus things on the internet the consumer is not sure things are as stated. My experience was good but I was nervous that no one would show up at the hotel to pick me up.
